Product description of YGKJ series wood pellet machine

YGKJ series wood pellet machine is vertical ring die type pellet machine ,compared with flat die and horizontal ring die type pellet machine, its obvious advantage is its vertical ring die design , absorbed essence of former pellet machine , realize enough press to make wood pellets.

It is wide used in industrial wood pellet plant to make wood pellets.

Main Features of YGKJ series wood pellet machine

1.vertical ring die design , suitable for various material  , wood log, wood brach, wood pallet , wood waste 

,sawdust , wood shaving, rice husk , corn straw, wheat straw, agricultral wastes,  efb, coconut shell , olive waste, sugarcane bassage, Distiller's grains ,all material contains fiber  etc  

2. high output ,high formation and density because of enough torque force , 90kw power can reach at least 1t/h . 

3. double layor die, longer die service life time(alloy steel total service life time is 800-1000hrs, stainless steel die serive life time is 1000-1500hrs), lower the production cost .

4. automatic lubrication system , can lubricate bearings automatically, work 20hrs without stop. 

5. easy to operate with electric control box, no risk with experienced skills.

If u are new in wood pellet plant, these information is vital for u .

1. Raw material is also most important for investing wood pellet plant. Because material cost is one of the main production cost of your wood pellet plant  running . If u can't get enough material near u , wood pellet plant is not suitable for u . 

2. Before u compare wood pellet machine suppliers , u need to know if your local need wood pellets or if u can export pellets to other countries, pellets sale is most important before u invest wood pellet plant.

3. If these two factors are  ok for u. It is better for u to consider wood pellet line proposal and wood pellet machine suppliers. 

 Combined your material and investment capital , tell us your

(1)capacity ( how many tons per hr , how many tons per month ) 

(2) raw material condition (what it is and its size or diameter and don't forget  moisture )

(3) other requirements, if need debarker , usually EU need low ash pellets, it is necessary for EU wood pellet plant to have a debarker in your wood pellet line , packing scale (small bag for home stove or big ton bag for industrial use )
